You Can Help Make Community Change Efforts Possible
BOARD LEADERSHIP
The next step in our process of creating this new organization is to recruit, select, and seat a new Board of Directors.
An ideal board member:

Has past involvement with the Transition Town movement or related organizations (like Strong Towns or Interfaith Power and Light, for example)

Has experience on a nonprofit board

Has practical organizational management skills (such as legal knowledge, fundraising experience, finance knowledge, marketing experience, etc.)

Shares our positive vision for future action

Can commit 10-15 hours a month to help get a new organization off the ground
